This amazing cookbook is quickly moving from the 'want' column into the 'need' column. Or is it just a 'want really badly'?!
Considered the 'bible of traditional French home cooking,' I Know How to Cook by Ginette Mathiot is now available in english. The cookbook has been around France since 1932, and it gives readers lots of secrets to creating delicious, simple French food!
The issue is not that I want one of these tomes, but that I actually want two. One with which to cook, and one to frame. Aren't the illustrations and pictures just amazing?!
